You don’t need to change anything when availing our services! We prefer working in a manner which is non-intrusive & doesn’t interfere with your current setup. 

However, your website is a very important investment for you (That’s why you have bought our services!). As such, we are duty bound to provide you with our recommendations. If we feel that your current host account is of very poor quality & proving to be a real hindrance in your website’s proper functioning, we will surely recommend you shifting to a better host provider!

We are happy working with Windows Hosting! However, we prefer Linux hosting over Windows – Windows hosting may, at times, limit some of the services we can provide.

Scheduled Maintenance Work

This comes bundled with your package! We reach out to you via Email / Phone within 24 hrs. of receiving your order to gather all the details, understand your website & your immediate goals for it & then carry out our regular activity. Then, we reach out to you again quarterly basis to carry out the scheduled quarterly changes

Customer Technical Support Request

When you buy our packages, you also buy some technical support hours (Varying between 20 hrs. to 40 hrs. depending on your package). In this package, you can place various requests with us like:

  1. Adding a new page
  2. Updating current content
  3. Fixing a problem with the website
  4. Website security issues


Typically for these requests, we use support tickets. We want to make sure that all communication is documented and extremely clear – we’ve found that this makes it easier for our entire team to know what’s going on with your site.

Support tickets can be submitted through your Websites24x7 dashboard.

We install a firewall on your website at the beginning of the campaign & continuously monitor your site to ensure it’s always up! We also manually check your site on a regular basis.

Unfortunately, even with all these steps in place, some security issues may still be overlooked! In the event a security issue does occur, our goal is to respond immediately within regular business hours. Security concerns are of the highest priority for us! You can also flag this to us via the Support Ticket & we will act on it on priority!

What if I don’t need the technical support or any other aspect of the package?

Of course. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time by creating a support ticket.
